B&H Music is a complete repair facility in Escondido. We service guitars, basses, brass instruments, woodwinds, and all strings such as violins. We also repair and re-hair bows.

Guitar and Bass Repairs

• Basic set-up (sting action, intonation, and truss rod adjustment).
• Deluxe Restring: clean guitar and condition fret board, polish frets, oil gears, minor truss adjustments if needed, strings and labor.
• Custom Nut and Saddle fitting.
• Acoustic and Electric pickup install.
• Machine head (tuner) replacement
• Fret Repair.
  

Repair cost estimates are given on a per-guitar basis after a free diagnose of your instrument's condition and prior to us doing any work on your instrument. Due to the wide variety of guitar and bass models and the myriad of repairs your instrument may need, we cannot give repair estimates before doing a thorough inspecting of your instrument.

Brass, Woodwind, and Orchestral Repairs

We are currently using Mario Martinez as our repair technicians for all woodwind, brass, and orchestral instruments. Most instrument repairs take no longer than 5-7 business days, and we provide lender instruments to those who need them. 

Estimates are given after our repair techs have been given a chance to thoroughly inspect your instrument and diagnose its condition, and we will give you with the estimate price prior to doing any work on it.

Clunker Fixer-Upper Repairs

We realize there are a lot of old neglected guitars out there that aren’t worth the cost of the repair estimates. We will work with you on prices if you just want to make that old axe work again. Let us look at it and we will do our best to get you playing again for cheap. We also tune all stringed instruments for free.
